Hi!

I’m Sarah, a specialist ADHD coach with 10+ years experience of offering person-centred coaching, in a trauma informed setting.

Together we can clear the mind fog and build your toolkit so that you can unpack what’s been holding you back, figure out your next steps, and most importantly, take those steps with confidence and clarity.

ADHD coaching is transformative. Together we can tackle common issues like Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, consistency or executive dysfunction. It’s a thought-provoking process that works with your neurodiversity so that you can fully embrace who you are.

I follow the ADHD Works framework, which focuses on developing self-awareness, understanding your ADHD strengths and struggles, and creating practical habits to work with your brain.

My Story

I’m autistic and have ADHD.

Like many ADHD folks I wasn’t diagnosed until my 30s. The diagnosis felt validating. There was a reason for the cycles of burnout, overwhelm, and depression. It made sense why I would swoop between ‘I can achieve anything’ and ‘I can barely function’. ADHD and autism explained why I had such a strong feeling that I was failing at being a human. I wasn’t a werewolf.

A diagnosis, however, only goes so far: knowing why you struggle doesn’t stop the struggle. I had solutions that let me survive, but it wasn’t until I received coaching that things began to change for the better.

Now I support other adults with ADHD to figure out how to work with their brains, discover their strengths, and start to thrive in their own way. I am non-judgemental, compassionate, and love to set people up to succeed. I’m a really good listener. Diagnosed, or not, if you think ADHD coaching will help, I’m here to support you.
